The Arizona calendar is inverted compared with most of the country. October through April is peak — spring training, golf weekends, resort conferences and an enormous bachelor party season centered on Scottsdale. Summer shifts indoors and late at night, and pricing is often easier to secure.
Old Town Scottsdale nightlife, downtown Phoenix event spaces, North Scottsdale resorts, Tempe rooftops, Mesa event halls and private homes throughout the Valley. Outdoor bookings between May and September are scheduled around the heat as a matter of course.
Phoenix metro bookings carry no travel charge. Tucson, Flagstaff, Sedona and Lake Havasu are quoted with a modest drive-time cost only.
