Age Requirement
All performances are strictly for adult audiences (21+). Valid government-issued ID may be required at the venue.
Deposits & Payment
A non-refundable deposit (typically 50%) is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due before the performance begins. Deposits are required for all bookings, no exceptions.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Deposits are non-refundable. Rescheduling may be accommodated when possible, subject to performer availability and any travel costs already incurred.
Travel & Accommodations
Travel is available nationwide. Travel expenses (flights, ground transportation, lodging) are included in your custom quote where applicable.
Guest Conduct
Our performers are professionals and are to be treated with respect. Any inappropriate conduct, harassment or physical contact outside of the agreed performance will result in immediate termination of the event with no refund.
Media & Photography
Personal photography may be permitted at the performer's discretion. Commercial recording or public distribution requires prior written consent.
Liability
Midget Babe Entertainment is not liable for injuries, damages or losses resulting from actions outside our reasonable control, including venue conditions and guest behavior.
