How We Work

Professional Entertainment Services, End to End

Most entertainment complaints have nothing to do with the performance. They are about a performer who arrived late, a price that changed, a message that went unanswered for four days or a set that ran twenty minutes short of what was promised.

We built our process specifically around those failure points. Everything below is standard on every booking, at every price level, in every city.

Our Standard Process

Six steps, every time, no exceptions.

  • Request received and acknowledged within 24 hours
  • Written, itemized quote — performance and travel separated
  • Agreement covering timing, content, conduct and cancellation
  • Date secured and coordinator assigned
  • Pre-event confirmation call in the final week
  • On-site arrival ahead of the agreed call time

Vetted Performers

Every performer on the roster is an experienced working entertainer who has agreed in writing to our conduct standards. We do not subcontract to unknown local talent to cover a date we cannot staff — if we cannot do it properly, we say so.

Clear Pricing

Your quote is the price. Travel, performance length and performer count are all visible line items, and nothing appears afterward that was not in the agreement.
